Approach

My approach is rooted in empathy and care that is collaborative and client-centered, creating an environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I also use Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
